Mr.Debashish DasGupta, a graduate worked with NTPC, ORSON, ANSALDO and ALSTHOM before starting Ashirbad. He has an experience of 22 years in different fields. During this period, he traveled abroad and involved on various projects involving construction works. His services are recognized by National Council of Development and awarded him Bharat Gaurav Award and Hind Ratna Award.

Mr.Shibashish DasGupta, the director of the company, possesses a postgraduate degree in management. His wide wortk experience in India & abroad of 20 years is also a key to the rapid growth of the group.
